The Doctorate Society of Bangladesh is an Intellectual Forum dedicated to fostering knowledge-based work and intellectual advancement in Bangladesh. Our society is composed of individuals who hold advanced academic degrees, such as Ph.D.s, DBAs (Doctor of Business Administration), or equivalent qualifications, from various disciplines. All our members are proud Bangladeshis who contribute their expertise to the collective growth of our nation.
Our primary focus is to facilitate the exchange of ideas, promote intellectual discourse, and support the pursuit of research and development in Bangladesh. We believe in the power of knowledge to drive innovation, enhance societal development, and create a more prosperous future.
Membership in the society is open to any Bangladeshi national who holds a relevant doctoral-level degree. We encourage individuals with a passion for intellectual exploration and a commitment to contributing to the betterment of society to join us.
Through collaborative efforts, we strive to advance the impact of human-centered work, bridging the gap between academia, industry, and society, while nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Aim & Goals
- Proposed organization will be non-political, non-profit, and secular/liberal,
- The organization will focus on intellectual, knowledge-based, and research-oriented activities. It also states that the organization will be a universal organization dedicated to the welfare of humanity.
- The organization will conduct research on the multidimensional problems of society and publish the results in research journals.
- The organization will work to protect human rights, eradicate poverty, and eliminate all forms of social discrimination.
- The organization will also undertake programs to address the problems of child labor, child marriage, polygamy, illiteracy, and drug addiction.
- The organization will play a strong role in preventing violence against women, acid throwing, divorce, and rape, and in promoting women’s empowerment.
- The organization will also work to protect the balance of the natural environment by planting trees and undertaking social forestry programs.
- The organization will also assist in the formulation of state policy through “dialogue” or dialogue on various important socio-economic issues in the society.
- The organization will also play a role in providing services to the backward people in the socio-economic sector.
- The organization will also play a role in providing services and rehabilitation to the marginalized people.
- The organization will also play a united role in strengthening mutual relations, establishing deep unity, and promoting mutual welfare among the members of the proposed organization.
